1. The company

LA Luxury Ride provides luxury transportation in Los Angeles County and Southern California, including Stretch Escalade service, Sprinter vans, party buses, airport transfers, weddings, nights out, and corporate travel.

2. Quotes are not a booking

A website form submission is a request for availability and pricing. It does not reserve a vehicle until we confirm the reservation in writing or by phone/text and any required deposit is received.

Pricing depends on vehicle, date, hours, guest count, pickup area, destination, and demand. Peak nights such as prom, New Year’s Eve, holiday weekends, and major events may have different minimums.

3. Reservations and deposits

• A deposit or prepayment may be required to hold the vehicle.
• The remaining balance is due as stated in your confirmation, often before or at pickup.
• The person who books is responsible for payment, guest conduct, and any extra charges.
• We may refuse or cancel a reservation if payment is incomplete, details are inaccurate, or the request cannot be staffed safely.

4. Changes and overages

Tell us as early as possible if the passenger count, itinerary, time, or pickup location changes. We will try to accommodate the change subject to vehicle size, chauffeur hours, and availability.

Extra hours, added stops, wait time, extra mileage, extra cleanup, or damage may be billed at the rates in your confirmation or our then-current rates.

5. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellation terms will be restated on your confirmation. Unless a confirmation says otherwise:

• Cancellations made with enough notice may receive a partial or full refund of the unused balance, minus any non-refundable deposit.
• Late cancellations, date changes we cannot fill, and no-shows may forfeit the deposit and any prepaid amount.
• If we cannot fulfill a confirmed ride for a reason on our side, we will offer a replacement vehicle or a refund of amounts paid for the unused service.

6. Pickup, timing, and itineraries

Please be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location. Traffic, venue rules, road closures, and weather in Los Angeles can affect timing. We plan for traffic, but we are not responsible for delays caused by conditions outside our control.

The chauffeur’s on-duty time includes pickup, travel, wait time, and drop-off. The clock starts at the reserved start time unless we arrive late.

7. Guest conduct

Guests must follow the chauffeur’s instructions and applicable law. We may end a ride immediately, without refund of the remaining booked time, if guests:

• Threaten, harass, or assault the chauffeur or other guests
• Damage the vehicle or interfere with safe operation
• Bring weapons, illegal drugs, or other prohibited items
• Refuse to wear required restraints where the law requires them
• Ask the chauffeur to break traffic or transportation laws

Responsible alcohol use by guests 21+ may be allowed unless a venue, route, or vehicle rule says otherwise. No glass on the party-bus dance floor if we flag that during booking. The booking party is responsible for underage drinking and for guests who become unsafe.

8. Damage and cleanup

The booking party is responsible for damage, excessive mess, stains, burns, broken fixtures, and lost items caused by guests. We may charge the payment method on file for repairs, professional cleaning, out-of-service time, and related costs.

9. Age, capacity, and safety

Vehicle capacity listed on the site is a maximum. Luggage, decorations, and seating layout can reduce usable space. We may refuse extra guests beyond the reserved count.

Standing, dancing, sunroofs, and open windows are allowed only where the vehicle and the chauffeur say it is safe. Seat belts should be used when the vehicle is moving.

10. Airport transfers

For LAX, BUR, LGB, ONT, and similar pickups, provide the airline, flight number, and terminal when asked. We monitor flights when those details are accurate. Additional wait time after the reserved grace period may be billed. Meet-and-greet is available only if confirmed in the reservation.

11. Website use

You may use laluxuryride.com to learn about the fleet and request a quote. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break security, scrape content at scale, or submit false booking information. Photos, video, branding, and copy on the site belong to LA Luxury Ride or their licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The quote form also asks you to agree to receive calls or texts about your request.

13. Disclaimers

The website is provided as-is. We do not promise that every vehicle shown will be available on every date. Vehicle photos and videos are representative of the fleet and may not match the exact unit assigned.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LA Luxury Ride is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost event value, or third-party venue issues. Our total liability for a booked ride is limited to the amount you paid us for that ride.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that California law does not allow us to limit, including certain claims for personal injury caused by our own negligence.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless both sides agree in writing to another process.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service. The effective date above will change when we do. The version in place when you book a ride applies to that ride. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
